My name is Hunter Williams and in 2016 I founded SURGE Digital Solutions, which strives to build the online presence of local small businesses throughout the greater Raleigh area. I graduated from Wake Forest University in 2015, where I received a B.S. in Finance and served as Captain of the Varsity football for two years. After pursuing a brief career in the NFL, I began a career in banking in San Francisco. While living and working around Silicon Valley, I realized the crucial role online platforms played in marketing and branding for local small businesses. In today’s economy, the internet has become the gateway through which people access information about local businesses. In the Raleigh area, businesses that can build out their online platforms will be the ones that dominate in the coming years and beyond, as the internet becomes more and more prevalent in our daily lives.
